VPS on XSServer froze and I have no idea how to restart it! PLEASE HELP!

    It froze then I lost connection to it. I tried reconnecting via RDC but it fails and I have no idea what to do now. XSServer provides no Cpanel whatsoever. Help :confused:

    you must make reboot request on their site (submit ticket)

    I have to do that every time it freezes?

    I guess so, atleast they don't give you any kind of control panel to do that.

    Wtf is wrong with XSsever. I got the same problem EVERY DAY. Why so many disconnects? Every day tickets...pff

    I'm assuming they don't offer a remote reboot admin panel for you to do it yourself?

    Try with SSH client for example, putty, I am able to restart it that way.
