What do you mean by that?
It's not that I'm doing anything illegal, just cheaper.

I've never used them though. Don't know how it's organized.
I like vip72 because they organize it by countries, states and cities.

It makes perfect sense This is the exact question i have been thinking about.

EPN's dont leave flash cookies, but your IP is stored by ebay forever. VPN's have multiple servers in different country;s, so you can geo target your ip on a few networks.

http://iwantexchange.com is decent, based out of Singapore. They'll do a Western Union -> webmoney x-fer for a low fee, but they do require a drivers license.

I've used http://trainexservice.com/ multiple times, they have cheap processing fees and quick turn around, never had one problem with them except the occasional delay

You don't need any VPN behind a socks or something like that. That will just make your connection work much slower. You all can grab my proxies 100% safe and secure.

I just wanna share how to get good socks proxy from the net, and it always works for me,

here.

1. get socks proxy from socks proxy forum, there are many forum out there, just google it
2. open charon proxy checker, paste it your proxy collected from the forum, and check it, and find the good one.
3. if you want everything on your computer to get proxify try to use Vilongu HTTP SOCKS tunneler
