I need a US based VPN provider (US ip). I must be able to sign up for Paypal using it. Any recommendations?

Edit: Also, to websites like google and paypal, will I look like a regular (home) user or like someone using a vpn?

I heard if you have a sprint air card and reconnect and disconnect from the computer then u you will get a diffrent ip

I use the Cisco VPN for school purposes, not sure how it would work for your environment though.
