Can anyone recommend a great VPN network (US Ips), preferably enough to keep me busy for years.

Are there any good free ones?

I don't think you'll find any free vpn services. As far as having multiple IP's via VPN your best bet would be to rent a cheap VPS server and add however many IPs you want to that.. Setup openvpn or poptop and you're good to go.
