I have an objective. I want to create many memberships on a community website so I can place votes. I looked into a vpn service that provides fixed ips, but they only give you 1 ip, and limited ip switches.
Next I looked at a dynamic changing ip. The question is, do community websites that monitor ip care if a member's ip is constantly changing?
