normally way but trying to do this to pia installed app
    • Go to "Start > Run" and type " cmd " (no quotes), then select "OK"
    • Type " ipconfig /release " (no quotes) and press "Enter"
    • Once the prompt returns, type " ipconfig /renew " (no quotes), then hit "Enter,"

it ok just do it thru openvpn

so know every time you click from one country to another your ip will change.

You don't need to keep booting the pc.

here the full process if u got pia vpn service
    https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/client-support/windows-openvpn

so know I can use there ip for any country and change them buy just click back on a country.

unfortunately there app they provide don't do it.

    anyway found a way

There app don't release and refresh each time You go to a country the ip sticks but openvpn works nice.....

    thanks all for helping
