VPN Affiliate Journey

Good Luck On Your Journey
Good Luck!!
I hope you are getting that first sale in near future, it will motivate you to keep going
Thanks for all the well wishes guys, Really trying my hand at this for the first time after years of research.

I was only able to take action recently as thanks to my work I have a little bit of disposable income to try on these projects :)

I know you can also use free methods for traffic but imo for quick and scalable work paid ads are the go to

My workflow:

search ads > Lead Magnet > Form Submit > Thank you page with clickable aff link > Follow up email with affiliate link

I think should I should be setup :)

Fingers crossed!

Update:

Google search ad created and pending review.

I am linking to my funnel that has a lead submit form that then triggers an auto responder workflow.

Im not sure about one thing, in systeme.io you can ether set a direct email response as soon as the lead form is submitted or you can set up a newsletter and send them out with a campaign you create using your lead contacts details... what would you suggest?

IMO the direct email is the way to go to promote my current offer directly, then if i want to promote a similar product to the same audience id go with the news letter. Am I right in thinking so?

I'll let it do its thing for about 2/3 days with a daily budget of $5 and see what happens.

Fingers crossed I guess

Looking for some advice.

What do you guys suggest, should I just have a link to my affiliate offer on my lead/landing page?

The way I have it set up at the moment is like this, user visits my landing page > form submit to collect email > auto responder with the subscribers email and affiliate offer in the email.

Logically the way im currently doing it makes the most sense for me as im also collecting the users email for future upsells, but I would like a second opinion as at the moment my cpc is pretty high and I want to try get the best results for the amount im currently spending I believe its a bit more than normal as im targeting "hot" leads rather than colder ones that require warming up via email campaigns etc...

As always I look forward to your insight on this journey and like many have wished me already I hope you guys succeed in your endeavours too!

Update Sept 19th:

Following my previous post I have done the following.

New landing page created on systeme.io with the following workflow

Lead Magnet > Email Form > Thank you page (with affiliate offer + Auto responder with affiliate offer)

Traffic: I have moved away from google ads for testing purposes as the cpc was too expensive for me for the time being. I am currently trying my hand with push notification on mobile and i'm seeing decent results for the amount spent, no conversions just yet but email submits are doing ok.

I have been watching the thread created by @Harnur and he goes into depth about using pop/push traffic initially then moving on to Native ads, I plan on doing so when I pull together a bit more capital for ad spend.

Course: I have been given access to the Liam James Kay Native ads course ($5k in value) and im currently studying it to see how I can use some of whats mentioned for my push ads and implementing it slowly slowly. After watching it the first time I managed to improve my headlines and call to actions that increased my CTR drastically so my ads are performing better, now I need to optimise the landing page for more email submits.

Takeaways: Push traffic is good and cheap but not targeted to a specific audience, I wish I could target a bit better but otherwise so far so good. Further more people and in the course it suggests to use spying tools (I agree) but at the moment my funds are a little tight and the cost for a monthly sub are out of reach, as soon as I build a little bankroll ill definitely invest in anstrex etc..

Question: Should I focus on acquiring their email or direct link from the landing page to the affiliate offer?

give pop/push ads a shot, and see the results

Yep definitely, it seems to be doing ok but i just don't like how you cant target "hot" traffic.

Because of this i'm mainly focusing on collecting their email to start an email sequence to "warm" them up.

Let me know your thoughts and again thanks for your reply!
