A VPN won't normally spin your IP addresses and when it does, the subnet is probably restricted to a class C. If you want to inflate adsene views, you need proxies not a VPN

No difference in using a VPN or proxies. Neither one will work, it's not even worth trying.

You should be focusing your time on how to improve your website thus gaining more natural adsense views.
