Voting Script?

is there anything similiar to hotornot but where a user could sign up, upload a song and then get a referral link for there own page.

on the main page it would keep a list of the top 10 referals.

im trying to setup a contest but i cant find any scripts to take care of this.

figured it out
spent most of the day modifying a topsite script.

its all good now.
