VOIP affiliate programs?

Are there any?? I can't seem to find much, which is unusual since normally companies do have affiliate programs. Vonage's site has something about a partner program but says nothing about commissions or anything so I don't know if it's what I'm looking for.

See if offervault.com has something for you... an unusual niche but they are pretty expansive in what is available.
