Vista newb needs some help...

Hey all, I just upgraded my system to vista, Didnt want to but xp was really messing things up... anyways, It is keeping a log of everything I type in forms, For example, when I search the big G I can double click and a whole list of my past searches come up, If I type in one letter a big list comes up of my past searches with that letter.

Is there any way to turn this off where it dont track everything I have typed in forms and searches?

Yea, Im a big fat loser nerd with one leg longer than the other.

Sure, it's called "autocomplete" and there is a setting in FF or Internet Explorer. For example in ie7: if you click tools, internet option,content. You will see a button for autocomplete which you can change. I would recommend searching google for "turning of auto complete" if you need pictures,ect.
