Visa merchant scam

How does one find out complete details about a Visa merchant? A family member was scammed, and I take a dim view of that.

I have just the complete merchant name, provided by the bank, and their category according to Visa.

I did a fair amount of searching before I made the post... and I'd be displeased with myself if there was in fact a directory on the Visa site and I missed it!

you can find details as above member said, what happen merchant take money and not send items or some other way scammed your family member?
if that best way would be to chargeback money

its visa.com there is option "contact us" contact them and provide necessary details.

chargeback - I have a cc merchant account and the bank always sides with the purchaser as no matter how much proof you have.

Indeed, the charge back has already been processed successfully

However, the question remains as to who the merchant is, and where they're located...
