VISA & Mastercard debit/credit cards attached to real USA banks now for anyone!

I think folks are getting the wrong idea as to what these should be used for. The idea is that they would be used for CPAs and such. If you want to get payed by a company that only works with US Citizens, you need to register it with the attached bank and without a valid SSN, it's not (legally) possible.

So, no more messages to me about how you are going to get paid by a company that requires a routing number. To get the actual bank account, you need to be a USA citizen.

NOW: When I say "attached to USA bank", It is meant that if you try to complete a CPA or something, it will be recognized as a REAL debit card, not a gift card.

SO: IF YOU WANT THE ACTUAL BANK ACCOUNT, YOU MUST REGISTER IT!

Oh ok I understand now.

There is more bad news with most of these cards. You will need real information and a real address. At anytime the bank that issued the card may

place a hold on the funds until they can authenticate your identity. And usually the instant card is only temporary. And if a large transfer hits the card
they will place a hold on it.

And if you are in another country it may be hard to get your money.

So, read the terms and conditions before you have your hard earned money placed on one of these alternative bank account cards.

CPAs usually run trial offers so the cards shouldn't take "big hits". I have run over $150 (single charge) on an unregistered card before. Beyond that, I am not %100.

These particular cards should not be used for trying to retrieve money if you do not plan to register them. Again, there is a difference between the card being recognized as a bank card and you actually having the bank account.
