I tested three cards using premium proxies and the AdsPower browser, ensuring best practices as someone with extensive experience using AWS. From my understanding, the suspensions occurred because the cards are not strong enough.
When I reached out to your support team to request a refund due to the incorrect information provided earlier, my request was denied. This situation is highly concerning, as your team confirmed the BIN was functional before my purchase.
I kindly request you to review this matter and provide a resolution, ideally a refund, as I relied on your team’s assurance to make this purchase.
