Everytime i am about to use FTP to connect to my web site, i dread malware entering my site through it. How do you get over that fear? I have avast antivirus running all the time and also check for malware through malwarebytes, but still that does not put my mind to rest. Hope someone here can help.

Upload using online File Manager. Or you can use FTPZilla. Windows BuiltIN FTP is suck. Never use it.

Thanks. But why do you say so? Does using fptzilla or programs like coreftp significantly reduce chances of malware entering site through ftp?
