So are these good to verify usa paypal accounts? Are they just for verification or can these be reloaded and reused?

These can be used on ANY site. Facebook, Amazon, Google Adwords, Bing, etc. Yes, these also can be used with PayPal. The cards I sell now are not reloadable. Thank you for your questions, hope I answered them.
