How much instructions do we need to give seo VA? If I want the seo VA to get the top links my competitor has, will he/she knows how to find the links and outreach to get them?

Any sample of your va work seo specially, i dont use any seo software, and i want ti ask do your va can find guest blog and make citation for local seo ? Or maybe can create simple video or infographic for backlink purpose ?
Also how much backlink can your va create partime and fulltimefulltimefulltimefulltime va, can i see sample of daily report of their work ?

Sure, you just need to tell your objectives to VA and he/she will be able to do the rest.
If you can share your email id ill be able to send you sample work reports that we have done in past years ( I wont be able to share recent work for obvious reasons) . Number of links to be created entirely depends on nature of the links wether tier 1 or tier 2 and how much work that involves.
Sure if you can send me your email id i'll send you samples over there.
