I'm looking for a real VIP72 Alternative . and by real i mean it must have the following Features

Search for IPs range > for example allowed me search for specific IP range like 80.187.99.xxx and show all ips with that range and allowing me choose the one i want .
Search by Country / City

My main interest is German Socks . So there must be at least 5k or even more Socks from Germany everyday otherwise there is no reason to look for VIP72 Alternative
