Vine Accounts and What They Are Worth

Since many people are trying to market hard on vine but black hatters are keeping all the vine stuff to themselves,How much would Vine accounts be worth each if sold? What do you think would be a good price for:

1) A completely fresh US vine account with valid profile photo email and password

or

2) Vine Accounts with valid profile photo, email/password, uploaded vines and 100-500 followers each?

Vine's just not that profitable. And the ones that do market on vine don't need accounts. Trust me. Vine accounts are easy to come by.

depending how many audience there is, people will pay for those accounts but the accounts will have to total up to be big
