Video Conversion with Linux(CentOS 6) with this requirement $50

Basically lets say I have a video of about 23 minutes time length.

I would like to do the following, I would like to

    1) copy this video to an folder in the server e.g /newfolder (linux)
    2) I will re-encode this video, probably cut it into half , so 23 minutes become 11.5 minutes
    3) I will then want to do the following, watermark the video with "Watch this video at " at the last 5 minutes of the video itself.

All this need to be automate, means I specify the file path, the code need to

    1) Move file(easy)
    2) Cut video into half (possible? using ffmpeg or mencoder or smth else)
    3) Watermark the video (Hard sub) into the last 5 minutes of the video, probably use a existing .srt or .ass file with big font, position at center of the screen
    4) Output the result at probably /newfolder with the name output.mp4

    Payment: Paypal
    Amount: $50 usd
