Video blocked in all world ?

I wonder how can a video be blocked for the whole world! Usually it is for certain countries.
Obviously, something triggers the filters.
Hmm.. What kind of video is that? Is it copyrighted? I see you have downloaded it from others. Try rendering the video again.

No its not my video i just downloaded video ant upload yes it copyrighted is some ways how fix this ?

well the video you've downloaded is already protected by the read uploader so you've make another or cut it from end or start and put watermark change the audio and publish.it will defiantly help you.i am not saying it'll open worldwide but for some countries.try it and post results
