Viagra method are good in other markets?

During a research, I've found some methods used to rank for "buy viagra" and similar

For example, one of the very first pages I see in SERP is:


The guy even break the original site layout, is a beautiful work in BH way

The thing is, can we use the same method to rank in non so competitive markets?

I will try this, but I wanted to ask first, just in case

If it gets someone ranked for a highly competitive niche like Viagara, I can only imagine how well it would work for other, less competitive niches.

I think the same, but I'm not seeing anything like that in niche like weight loss for example. Weight Loss is not as difficult as Viagra, but is not easy

its more a matter of what you can get away with with the merchant i think.. Viagra merchants are pretty much all blackhat friendly so you can get away with murder.. Other merchants are not gonna be so happy with the complaints..

In theory, I don't see why you couldn't use this in a non competitive market. I've only tried using parasite hosting like this once (not for viagra or anything like that) and it didn't work for me. I couldn't get the page to rank. That's not to say it wouldn't work for you though. Obviously, it DOES work for a lot of people. It may not have worked for me because I couldn't get enough links, I don't know. I'm still not clear why out of all these thousands of parasite website pages that are built for viagra, why some hit page one and others do nothing. Maybe it's because there's always new openings on page one as other results get removed, I don't know. That's for someone much more blackhat than myself to answer.

The downside to the parasite hosting method seems to be that your page's days in the top of the serps are definitely numbered. A forum profile with a link to a viagra does not provide much value and it will get slapped down. If you can turn a profit before it happens though, you're golden, which has to be why we see this done all the time.

if you can get an enormous amount of inbound links to the parasite host, yeah it works for anything. There's nothing about it specific to viagra, however you may only last one day or less on the front page...like they generally do.

Why would they last only few days? Why would Google rank them well only for a short period of time?

Well you're seeing 1% of someone's efforts here. Trust me when I say that you're not seeing 99% of all the viagra spam that could be out there if it wasn't filtered/deleted. You gotta be one hell of a stubborn son of a bitch to promote that stuff.
