It's not new. Google doesn't like us to build millions of links in a short time. Building 50-100 backlinks a day is recommended.

Oh well... you know in SEO people like creating new terms for everything just to sound smarter.
Here's an idea:
4 pages indexed = sandbox
5 pages indexed = punishment
6 pages indexed = punitive action
0 pages indexed = tough luck
