Every day alot of people that has influenced our life passes but we don't broadcast the news here.

Rest in peace

Don't worry, there are many other gurus. Take a look on Tai Lok or Dan Lopez.

I am still here and please don't compare me with Tai Lok or Dan Lopez or Matt Cutts. They're all same.

I'm sorry for your loss OP. It seems like Baba never feared death. May his soul rest in peace. Be Here Now.

Sorry for your loss. I used to listen to old audio recordings of his during late nights on KPFK/KPFA radio years ago, along with Alan Watts, Timothy Leary, and other thinkers of that era. Their positive outlooks on the potential of humanity, both individually and collectively, may have helped influence technologies that many of us on this forum take for granted today such as: the world wide web (before it became so intensely monetized by paid advertising), social media (before this self-obsessed age of endless selfies and mindless Twitter trolls), virtual reality, immersive gaming, human-computer interfaces such as touchscreens and gesture controls, and more.

Baba Ram Dass was especially noted for his introduction of Eastern philosophies to the West and his spiritual journeys, among other things.

Audio/video recordings of his talks and music:
