I know there are many ways to use that domain, but I need your advice for a low budget project.
The domain is very brandable but creating a brand in that niche is very hard.
What should i do with it? I've listed some options:
1. Create a white-label with one of the sportsbooks and use PPC traffic
2. Create a mini-site promoting a clickbank product and get PPC traffic
3. Create an authority site, would cost alot more.
4. ???
