    Hi Guys,

Just a small question. I have 3 authority websities that rank well. Is it a benefit for me to link those sites with each other (2 way backlinks) OR it would not change anything since its not 1 way?

    Thanks

Yeah Google doesn't like when site owners link to themselves, so you could actually hurt yourself by doing this.

It's even riskier when the sites are been managed from one shared hosting.

If they are ranking well why take unnecessary chances instead create independent networks for them.

Another question is, are they in the same niche? If they are in the same niche then it's most likely easier but not when they are hosted on a shared hosting and singular IP.

If they are hosted on different hosting accounts, then it's okay. If they are on the same hosting account, apart from the possibility of it incurring a penalty, it will do nothing for your site with regard to search rankings.

Google says not to do this, so I don't bother. Not worth risking :)

Yeah there is no need to if they are ranking well. However, if they are niche relevant then there is no risk although the benefit you gain from it will be very minimal.

If they are related and will be useful for visitors you can link . You will find big sites link to their network sites . Example themeforest

I completely agree with you John..

Whether if there are same niche with unique IP it will be benefit for you. (but don't use the same technique regularly).
