    I am interested to see what he has to say since he knows more about this kind of shit then the people who draft the laws haha. I just don't quite understand what it's supposed to be accomplishing. Most profitable websites already have an offline corp, and operate like any other business. I guess I need to re-read the article when I wake up hah.

    Well, I just woke up and am on my second cuppa but this post opened my eyes.

    Looks as though Vermont may be on to something but I'll have to get into it before I can comment intelligently, so I'll get back to you on this one!
