I have recently set up two UK based EPN accounts and have been asked to confirm that I don't have any US based Activities.
Initially I thought that this is just for tax purposes as it asks if you employ anyone in US which in my case is no. However in the list of activities it includes hosting of sites. As my sites are all hosted on a US based dedi server I am slightly concerned that this may come back to bite me.
Anyone know anything about this ?
