Signed up using a new account because I lost access to my old account. Anyway, I searched for a vcc provider and this post came first. Though there is a need to ask him for OTP for every purchase as a security measure, the card worked well for wise. +1

Yes, if you need to deposit funds there it will work. For free tier accounts, it is not best.
