Hey all,
I'm in desperate need of a vcc to verify paypal. Some reason because i took 3 lot's of $60 payments in such a short space yesterday they have put my acc on hold. I have a verified bank but now they want a card which i dont have. Seems odd to me :/
If anyone could help, much would be appreciated.
Just need a valid vcc number, exp date and security code. No money on it.
Must be able to verify paypal with it.
Im willing to buy it or trade for maybe a small method from a stack i use.
