vcc and completing offers yourself (need help)

okay peoples

basicly i know i need:
private proxy's
fake traffic
real info
yahoo and gmail account maker (and others maybe too for email submits)
vcc for cc submit offers

but were do i get these vcc from with money on them.... i dont want to buy them for $5 a card i want to make them myself and use them.... and make a load of them and fast but be able to have any name on them at all....

If you are intending to submit the offers yourself, i think you would need to split the proxies into different states and match them with the address, also i think the cpas are going to figure out pretty quick when none of your offers convert, unless your mixing in with legit leads as well.

Are there any VCC's that work with freebie offer sites like TRAINN? None of mine do.

I read someone's tactic on here of doing 2-3 on each company for each CPA network so you don't worry about conversions.
