I ordered a service from him - unique blogposts:

What happened:

-100 of 100 sites were deindexed shortly after publishing
-he answered my e-mail that he moves the blogposts, nothing happened
-i asked him to delete the blogposts because my site received a penalty, no answer
-no refund, no answer, no moved blogposts
-he still sells, one user wrote in his thread that he just received a report of deindexed domains

- Your links will be removed from de-indexed blogs.
- Replacement can be done in 24 - 48 hours.

And what about my posts? You promised that my links would be moved to new sites as well, but I've not heard from you since then. Not in your original thread, not via email.
 
VaPaperChaser has been perm banned. He was given more than enough time to correct the issues his customers were stuck dealing with. He was also informed if he didn't fix those issues he would be banned. I suggest disputing the charges and/or filing chargebacks, for all those customers who've been ripped off.
