Can this be scaled or saturated soon? I know some free ways to convert pdf to word.

It can be scaled more as the subscribers are always increasing … every month has bigger profit than previous month

Agreed for the industries like SaaS and Finance rate is calculated 24 months of revenue but depends on the company some calculated as net profit also

You'll need to value the business properly, or have a professional value your business. It's not that simple as you've put it.
Opt for an DCF valuation method, as the business doesn't surpasses $1m per year in revenue.

Selling it doesn't seem like the best way to go with that kind of revenue, you can easily set up a C Corp with that revenue and sell shares of the company. Sell the majority to someone else keep the rest of the shares and pay yourself dividends the rest of your life or borrow from the rest of your stocks. Base it in the US even if its not a US company just move it over. Literally the same legwork as selling your business but way better reward and you actually get to keep what you worked that hard for.
