Uttorent Trackers Forever Updating

on 2 of my servers the trackers stuck on updating or take forever to update.
i update to 1.8.3 but its not help.
its start to happen 1 month ago and i cant find the answer fo this.
i have another server with the same hosting company with uttorent 1.8.2 that working great, the trackers update instantly.
i dont think that i got banned from the trackers because im uploading in a full speed.

and what if u use an older version? 1.7.7 or 1.6.1, these are the best ones till now

i was using them in the past, i will test 1.7.7 again, thanks.
also its sometimes help when i reatart uttorent.

mmmmm.....same problem with 1.7.7

then it's not the program itself, unfortunately i don't know the solution in this case
