USPS Post Office is now taking Photos of every piece of your mail!

    But they delete them every after 30 days since it would gain up in size to quickly. They would literally need to buy a minimum of 160Petabytes worth of storage every single year(not counting backups) for them to permanently store the photos.

    Perhaps that would just be funded by our faithful leader, not like taxpayer dollars go anywhere useful these days.

    Well, on the plus side at least my junk mail will now get noticed instead of going directly into the garbage.

    What is weird is that I just a coupon from Groupon for photo-scanning services but I think instead I'll just mail the photos and let the USPS take care of it for me!
