Using Windows 2003 server as proxy server?

Hi,

I have a dedi its windows 3003...have around 100 ip addresses...

Now, I want to use these ip addresses as proxy server...

I have read that 3proxy can do it...but I dont know how to configure 3proxy for more than one ip addresses..

Please throw some light on it..
