Using Tweetdeck scheduling: why isn't it working for me?

Hi guys,

I've installed and started using Tweetdeck today for the first time due to its scheduling feature.

I've scheduled several tweets, and the first was supposed to get automatically published like an hour ago... but still wasn't..

What is the reason for that? Is it because Tweetdeck uses some timing that is different from mine??

Check the day, the timezone, am/pm, did you select which account to publisher on?

Everything is set correctly, there is no setting for the timezone though...
I think tweetdeck should automatically detect your timezone and schedule your tweets accordingly... Am I right?

No...look at PM/AM timings? If you set you tweet in wrong "zone" it could be published in next 12 hours.

AM/PM setting is correct...
Again, Tweetdeck does not give you any timezone option..

I just realized the timezone setting in my TWITTER account is wrong...

I've corrected it, let's see if this will have any effect on Tweetdeck...

Even after correcting my timezone on Twitter, Tweetdeck still publishes the scheduled tweets according to the west coast's timezone (GMT - 8)
I tried to revoke Tweetdeck and connect it again to my account hoping it will refresh my corrected timezone, but to no avail
I've messaged twitter about this, but I doubt they will ever respond.
