After the last google updates is it possible google to look at the use of too many LSI keywords as a keyword stuffing? For example, if i target the keyword "car insurance" and in the article i use 5-6 LSI keywords like this:

    car insurance rates
    car insurance estimator
    cheap car insurance
    free car insurance
    car insurance florida
    geico car insurance

Do i risk some penalty for keyword stuffing?

It's good to include some keywords, but don't overdo it. Yes, you can put those keywords but I don't think it's good to use them in the title, url, description and tags. However, using those keywords should help raise your PPC on Adsense if you use it, and will ensure there are always ads being shown.

Use synonyms instead, as the word car insurance will end up very high in percentage. Also, make sure they appear natural to the readers.
