    Hey guys,

So I own a coffee roaster along with 3 other partners here in North Florida, USA. We have over 20 employee's and I wanted to share a few of our tactics and plans and hopefully create some beneficial discussion that can benefit everyone.

We have setup our online side of business. You can easily find out about our Coffee Subscription Box if you google 'green label roasters'

After some serious coding me and my partner have created a CPA offer for the Coffee Subscription Box. The offer is setup like this:
$20 CPA payout for a new customer subscription. The payout can be raised depending on volume.
The landing page contains a built in 50% off coupon code on the first month.

Currently we are only running our own internal traffic to the offer, but we have a whole affiliate network in place to promote the CPA through. Running it on viceoffers if anyone is familiar with that network.

We have been wanting to dive deeper into social media for more 'organic' traffic. I don't have much experience in this area, nor do any of my partners. Our specialty is in email/sms promotions.

We're currently in the process of building out our IG, FB and youtube (for video testimonials)

We are also running adword campaigns. But not on FB, we're worried we'll just blow too much money on that since we don't really know what we're doing in terms of social media outlets. What's a good gameplan for a product like this in our position? We already have a decent amount of subscribers so it's def. an offer that converts and is working well in terms of backend processing and shipping.

I'm very bad at adwords and I find Facebook ads to be far superior, so I'm a bit of a biases source on this.

You can target a very specific set of demographics using facebook. If I was putting together a ad for this i would focus on people who...

-Have recently visited a certain set of coffee shops
-Like pages with products similar to yours
-Are part of artisan coffee facebook groups
    -And other similar things

I see you also have a business box, which I suppose you could market this a similar way, a semi-competent cold-call/email salesman could easily sell at least on of these boxes everyday. And if you pay them $50 for the first month and $25/month there after they can stand to make a good amount of money with a pretty low run-up time due to the fact that it's coffee. Something that doesn't cost much and is damn near essential for business people.

Once you have some serious traffic then you can focus on post-sale support and community building with things like daily/semi-daily instagram post of both you product, fantastical/dream-like pictures of people enjoying your coffee, and beautiful pictures of places in the areas near your plantations that give people the feeling of promoting something natural. Like forest, mountains, beaches, etc. Making sure, or course, that you can somehow connect that to the plantation.

You could also use weekly/monthly newsletters to share "stories" about your brand that help people feel connected to your brand. And make them more firm in their loyalty to your product.

I like your brand, and the organic simplicity of your website. It does a good job of giving off a clean & green vibe.

    Thanks for your advice!
Do you know a good place to find salesmen like this? Maybe something like upwork or freelancer specific for coldcalling salesmen.

We are outsourcing adwords to a local company that seem pretty good, we're not very skilled with adwords either. Would be great to be able to reach out with big email lists in organic, food, artisan type niches.

I myself am a freelance salesperson. And a good place to find more would be commission crowd. It a good website, and it usually gets job posted more in the tech space but i can see this working out very well. Wish I could give you a link, that extra hundred quid would be pretty sweet.

I don't expect you to do this, but stay away from Craigslist by all means. It'll be the largest waste of time as your life. But, freelance sales people tend to hand with other freelance salespeople so if you find one, you can find a group.

Hopefully you get adwords all worked out. If you need help with facebook ads I'd be free to help. I can't PM yet but I think I can get them.

Other than that you have a good product with a very large and underserved market. So making money at this is only as hard as finding people who like it and keeping them.

Not great with cpc or anything, but I've also heard much better things about facebook.

As far as social media goes, if you're serious you should get automation software and build tiered profiles for twitter/fb. You could also do IG but it's hard to automate shoutouts unless you manually take them down or just leave them up (both of which are a bitch when you're using proxies)

If you adopt the tumblr persona you could sell reallly reallly well on there, it's hard to get started though.

And also youtube can be powerful, but make sure you learn to optimize videos, I can't imagine it bringing a lot of customers but it won't hurt.

    Best of luck buddy.

Have you looked into buying shoutouts that include a link to your landing page?
