using proxies for video marketing campaign?

Hello,

I have a basic question. I am beginning a video marketing campaign and I will be creating several youtube and tubemogul accounts under different email addresses. Half of the public proxies that I have tried do not work right.

Does anyone have a list of proxies that will allow me to login/upload my videos to youtube and tubemogul?

Or does anyone know of a free youtube video uploader with built in proxy support?
