well first you need to make a squeeze page , then apply to ppv, some you have to invest right away $100 some $500 and really good targeted ones $1000

    1) Come up with a killer offer. Why should someone give you their email address? What do they get in return?
    2) Come up with super targeted domains to target. Get at least 10 domains to target. Make sure you have solid tracking - Tracking202 or CPVLabs for conversion tracking; or if you're tracking based on opt in % then some tool that lets you tie opt ins back to the popup keyword. You can also use PHP to pipe the keyword as a hidden variable directly into your autoresponder database as a hidden field.
    3) Create at least two versions of your LP, both super compelling and very different. Split test.
    4) See if you're profitable, delete low performing KWs, refine your LPs, split test emails, etc.

It's not too different than other kinds of paid traffic, except the fluctuations between non-working and working keywords is much more extreme. It's totally possible for only one or two out of 20 keywords to be profitable.
