Using PBN as 2nd tier only loses 15% of link juice as compared to using as tier 1?

I seen in another thread someone stated that Moz claims that you only lose 15% of your link juice from your pbn if you use it as tier2?

Can anyone verify this? If it is such a small loss then why wouldnt everyone use it as tier 2 instead of tier 1? This would keep both the money site and PBN more safe.

Also, then a person could feel safe using the PBN links on here to tier 2, without chance of getting penalty to money site.

If people are using PBN for tier 2 what are they using for tier 1? Web 2.0?

    Any thoughts?

    Why not try it yourself?

Also I would use a PBN as T1 not Web 2.0.

unless your pbn looks legitimate with unique content, its not worth the risk for additional15% link juice

This is BS, how can they precisely measure that 15%? In addition, not every case is the same. They have to write something "fresh and interesting" so they have to create that postshit.

Nothing in SEO is safe, the moment you are indexed by google you depend on their "perfect" algorithm.
