Using Others Instagram or Youtube Videos as Content and Monetize it?

Recently I read a post from bhw which explains: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-how-to-earn-5-000-per-month-from-adsense-without-an-adsense-accounts.1246607/ Basicly creating a site for youtubers and monetizing it from their adsense acc and sharing the Income... so I decided to try this method with some tweaks and Send a few DM to Instagram accounts which has many cooking recipe videos and 200k+ followers but none of them answered yet..
today I got an Idea that I can actually use their content from Instagram pages and embed it to my site, after a bit research found that article from fstoppers:

So we can actually use/embed any public post on Instagram without a problem and than monetize it.
Is there anyone else using the same method for youtube videos, or reposting the others post to their instagram page without credit? do you think there may be a problem with it?
also another option can be making a online tv app for mobiles and using the popular youtube videos for the content and monetize it with the admob..
do you think that my admob get banned because of that too??

Youtube has an embed option but that doesn't mean you can use it and profit from it.
Its a gray hat area.
Even if you use it, where do you get the traffic?

You can use Pinterest to bring traffic, but the question is: how do you make money?
You can't use ads as you have no original content or thin content. And if you use affiliation, you need videos on purpose. For the cooking recipes example, it's limited...

I can use the recipes that they used in their post description I think that will be count as original content too since they're used only on Instagram posts...
other then what about creating my own page/channel via reposting their content to drive traffic on my social media accounts and then direct them to my site? also you can't believe how much you can earn with advertising via AdWords on specific keywords with low CPC and monetizing via Adsense. (did make 10k$ + per month, 2 years ago with that method..)
Actually, I won't try that but just brainstorming and being curious if someone making money with a method like that...
