    Rashow,

If you are wondering whether or not embedding someone else's video on your blog is copyright infringement, it is not. If you are wondering whether this is just ethically wrong, I would say no to that too. The very nature of Youtube is a public video sharing website so people shouldn't be surprised that their videos get shared (whether it's a link or by embedding them on another website).

Check out this article on Mashable about a court decision where the defendant was found not to have committed copyright infringement for a video he embedded. Even if you embed a video that was infringing on a copyright, you are not committing the same offense. The poster of the video however is another story.

    http://mashable.com/2012/08/03/embedding-video-copyright-infringement/

This post gives a more balanced view on embedding and how it can be used in ways that seem like copyright infringement.

    Hope this answers your question,

Monetizing other's videos as your videos or transferring other's video to your videos are the only offences. For either of this, youtube itself will show you a warning. What you are doing is generating free traffic for another person's video and more visitors to the youtube itself ;). youtube will be happy about it

I used to get pissed when people used my vids so I got smart,,, just place a good link in begining of the body text, and have a solid banner on the bottom with whatever your promoting,,, now other people are promoting ur site/offer.

You can do that by disabling embed for your videos. I am not sure if doing that's gonna be so tough.

I have used around 50 videos of others in my blogs for references and some mobile comparison in my other blogs and still I have never faced any problem. So for me its OK.
    thanks

if we use other videos just for reference then there won't be any problem. Always use privacy policy and a contact us page, so that any copyright notices are immediately resolved.

I would say that it depends because although its a public sharing site, still many people use it as their private channel and they may create a trap of legal issues around you. If you will use their videos on your site they may object about it. Although, you can always get new videos within your budget. You don't have to pay a leg & arm for it :) I guess that's better than the legal trap.
