Hi I am interested in trying another setup than most people seem to be running in here. I need to create 2-3 accounts that I want to build up to maybe 5k followers total for some super-small niche marketing of my own brand. I am not interested in CPA, shoutouts etc. I am doing this to market my own brand/service that I want to promote locally. Money is basically not an issue (as long as I keep it under 2-300 USD in total for the creation of these few accounts).

I want to buy a new SIM card (to not risk my normal number getting flagged) and a new phone (is this necessary? I don't want to risk any kind of association with my regular phone number which I want to keep "clean") to create a couple of accounts.

Now I don't want to risk my home IP getting flagged because of what I do with these accounts. What is the smartest next step to minimize the risk of my account being banned (a problem I have had with accounts that I have bought and used with IG-proxies),as soon as I start to follow/unfollow:
    1. Using one of the Instagram proxy services, like SSLprivate with servers located outside my country (I am from a small European country)
    2. Using a proxy service from within my country and pretty close to my city, but that isn't at all made for these kind of stuff?

Use the 2nd option. IG proxies only are proxies with a "special flavour" like they check if IG banned them entirely or they use more subnets but proxies are the same.

Is there any risk that the proxy service itself will throw me out from their service? I know they don't allow "spam" so they have shut off some ports. Is it a smart idea to ask the support?

I dont think you need proxies if you wish to run a few handful accounts. Instagram itself allows you to access multiple accounts from app if they were against multiple accounts they would not allow that.
Its just if you manage too many accounts and abuse their system then they would block you.

Also If you wish to run too many accounts you can get IG proxies they are better but I dont think you will proxies close to your city unless you live in some tier1 countries.

I had too google "Tier1 countries" but it seems like you basically mean the rich countries of the world? Which I do belong to, I live in Scandinavia. So should I use a proxy close from my home country or not?
