I thought I would use several and see which correlated but it has made things more confusing as non seem to correlate with the other and they are all all over the place.

I am using rank tracker, rank checker, scroogle, seoserp and sescout.

Rank tracker seems slow updating since I will update and it says 86 whereas scroogle says not in top 100.

I guess overall they all give me result within ten places but that is quite a margin for error.

Which would be the most accurate up to date?

I have been using scroogle through the day for manual checks but I don't know if I should even trust that one now. Actually I think scroogle is pretty accurate (probably?) it's just I wanted one as accurate which would give me a graph.

I guess it isn't much of an issue as the graphs are good just to give a ballpark while scroogle hones in.

Here is a test that was done on the most accurate rank trackers. I usually follow up my own rank trackers with manual google searches in google icognito to make sure

    Check out WooRank.com

IMO CuteRank is decent, I'm using the free edition.

Firstly, using incognito doesn't always work. You have to make sure that web history is disabled completely and make sure there are no search preferences.

Secondly, if you have the money the best rank trackers in my opinion are Rav3n (mispelt on purpose) SEO tools and SE0M0Z pro. Up to 300 Keywords and 10 campaigns.

The rest are not very reliable from my experience.

Even I am looking for a good solution. I love Rank Tracker but the license shared here just keeps getting blocked, also I can't add more than one proxy and IPs keep getting blocked while tracking large number of kws otherwise it is worth the 99$ price. Can anyone here tell their experience about SEscout? I heard about a lot of issues with them lately.

Scout I thought wasn't good at 1st but now I'm thinking it's pretty accurate comparing it against the others since I wrote the post.

Rank tracker seems decent but I don't like the old ass 90's interface- they should have given it an overhaul by now.

Anyway that is a minor issue as the reuslts are what's important which it seems good at but scout wins it for me in terms of nice clean interface- rank tracker perhaps for accuracy.

The free version of scout doesn't update much whereas RT does. So scout I think is good for more zoomed out views whereas RT is good through day to day and scroogle for immediate.

So all the tools allow me to get a better overall picture.

    ---

Actually rank tracker is a bit annoying cos it keeps giving me more optimistic results than google actually shows. I refreshed and it said I was at position 10 and I look in scroogle and I'm on position 14 :(. Big difference in this top sector. I guess I'll just ignore rank tracker and check scroogle 1st or just not get my hopes up when using RT.
