using keyword to build up website

hi i got a domain name for a generic term which i dont really like, it has 3300 searches a month with high value in terms of goods to sell etc, but i hate the name, and i believe it's a name that is probably going out of fashion in terms of google trends,

so what i plan to do if this makes sense is to use generic name for domain name then once build up enough visits transfer to another name which is more adjective.

would this hurt rankings and authority at all and will my transfer over to a more adjective domain.

Nobody cares of domain name including Google. I would be happy with 3300 searches a month!!!

hi no the google search for the name is 3300 its quite small, i am just building the website
