Its true, best is to use Manual Growth Service or Hire a VA, or maybe do it yourself if its just a few accounts.

You are referring to API software's. Most API software's can get detected, however, if you do this on devices, it can work well. Look at real device software's and that should help.
Use phone farms to avoid this.
