using htaccess to redirect an image to a url

There was a post here I can't find anymore that talked about using an image redirect with htaccess either directly to a page or to an internal php page that redirected to an end page..

Primarily for the purpose of cookie stuffing. Anyone have that code? Or a method that works directly in htaccess?
