Using Google Keyword Tool

I have a question about doing keyword research with free tools. I think that I have been doing my keyword research the wrong way. Can you tell me what the match type suppose to be when doing keyword research? I always leave mine at broad.

you should try market samurai...for keyword researh...it also has some videos for using the software...in a nutshell videos have information to do good keyword research along with using the software...

Better use 'exact' match type. This is how you'll find exact keywords to work with.
And be sure to check 'Use synonyms'.
